Der Haubenofen HE 360/10 mit einem Volumen von 360 Litern ist ein Brennofen aus der Serie HE für Temperaturen bis 1000°C.

Diese Bauform zeichnet sich durch eine linear verfahrbare Haube aus und ermöglicht damit das sichere und einfache Beladen von mehreren Seiten auch bei hohen Chargengewichten. Durch den hochwertigen Isolationsaufbau in Verbindung mit der 5-seitigen Beheizung eignen sich die Haubenöfen besonders bei Anwendungen mit hohen Anforderung an den Beladungsvorgang.

Die robuste Haube kann durch die lineare Führungskonstruktion hydraulisch präzise geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Durch die Hinterlüftung des Ofengehäuses wird Korrosion wirksam vorgebeugt. Die KANTHAL-Heizelemente sind, wie bei allen ROHDE Industrieöfen, mit einer niedrigen Oberfl ächenbelastung berechnet. Das minimiert den Verschleiß und sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer.

ROHDE realisiert auch bei dieser Serie auf Wunsch eine an Ihre Produktionsanforderungen angepasste Lösung, beispielsweise durch die Ergänzung der Haubenkonstruktion mit einem ausfahrbaren Boden (Ergo Load System ELS).
